Alan Richardson
Alan has over 10 years experience managing award-winning digital projects for major organisations in Europe and America. Working across the energy, telecommunications, technology and defence sectors, Alan has delivered results in online and mobile for major brands, including BP, Microsoft, NatWest and O2.
With a strong background in project and commercial management, including 3 years as in-house producer on Vodafone's global website, Alan is focused on helping clients evolve operational practices and external delivery partnerships that deliver sustained success.
Angella Newell
Angella has over 10 years experience helping organisations to develop a digital strategy and presence for their business. From first generation websites to second generation platforms and now the current user generation, Angella has consulted to government, multinational and medium enterprise organisations to help them visualise, and create, a roadmap for success.
A strong foundation in marketing communications and advertising has instilled a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and preferences. This led to an interest, and later a specialisation, in customer and user experience.
Angella has delivered results across European and global markets, including a strategy for a worldwide patient relationship management programme (CRM) for Novartis and an award-winning viral campaign for Hewlett Packard.
